You can generate resources for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) through sports like athletics requiring endurance. Through this method, athletes announce their cause and call before competing in national and international races such as run/triathlon/duathlon/cycling/swimming to their immediate circles, families and friends.
In their announcement, they call for donations to the TIDER project. Donations are directly made to TIDER’s official bank account opened for the relevant project.
Managed entirely by volunteer, Adım Adım (Step by Step) started its operations in 2008 as a non-governmental and non-corporate organization. It strives to inspire social solidarity by encouraging individuals to act through sport. To this end, it serves as a means for the development of donation resources by raising awareness/recognition of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) across individuals and institutions through charity runs. TIDER is among the NGOs supported by Adım Adım.
If you also want to become our charity runner, please visit Adım Adım’s website at http://ipk.adimadim.org/ to create a runner profile. In the NGO section for which you want to run, you can choose TIDER’s project, and start to collect funds by sharing your runner profile with your friends via e-mail or social media platforms. You can always visit your runner profile to view donors’ names, and also follow how much more is needed to reach your target amount.
